First Project 365 post in a long time.  At the rate I’m going, maybe it should just be Project 100?

Anyway, meet Emmie.  Sammy’s Cousin.  Emmie is about 1.5 years old and is a mix that my sister Diana rescued from Wonder Dog Rescue when she was  just a little baby.  Emmie is a lover, and thinks she’s a lap dog, but she’s got a wild streak in her.  Emmie loves to play with her toys, growl, and bark and she also likes to go to Dolores Park.

The Golden Gate

Last week (Sunday/Monday/Tuesday) to be exact, San Francisco suffered a HEAT WAVE.  It was 90 degrees in the City which is virtually unheard of.  Most San Francisco homes do not have air conditioning so it was almost unbearable.  To cool things down, my friend Ray, my pup Sammy, and I went to Baker Beach - 10 minutes from my apartment for some relief.  Here is the view from where we sat, perfect pic of the Golden Gate Bridge:

Kozy Shack Rice Pudding…

Is probably one of the best puddings in the world.  At only 200 calories a serving, it’s very tasty, the consistency is great, and it’s a nice treat.

A birthday girl

I’m becoming terribly bad with my Project 365.  I carry my camera around with me everywhere, however, have been so busy walking around in a frenzy that I never take any photos of anything interesting.  So, the part of being extrodinary photos aside (see Project 365 post), we’ll have to do with the ordinary for now.

People keep asking me if I post 100 crazy photos and stories of my dog (because I love her so much).  This will be my first one since the conception of my blog (About aside).

This is a photo of my dog Sammy, with her “first birthday” present, from her friend Ronnie Blue.  The photo was taken on 3/29 and Sammy’s first birthday is on March 20th and makes her an Aries, like me.
